BOOKING, PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION RULES
1. INDIVIDUAL PASSENGERS
Low Season (L): From January 1, to June 23 and From August 29, to December 31
High Season (H): From June 24, to August 28
Below mentioned rules of payment and cancellation fees are not valid for LOW COST TICKETS. LOW COST tickets cannot be changed or refunded.
Below mentioned rules of payment and cancellation fees for individual passengers are valid only during the period: April 1, 2011 to October 31, 2011.
1.1.Payment
- The passenger has to pay 20 % of the ticket's price within 15 days, from the day of reservation.
- The rest of the amount has to be paid 15 days prior to the day of departure.
- *For the period of High Season. the passenger has to pay 100% of the ticket’s price within 15 days, from the day of reservation.
NOTICE:
If the passenger makes his reservation 15 days prior to the day of departure, the ticket has to be paid in full 7 days before departure. If the passenger reserve a ticket 7 days or less prior to departure, the ticket should be paid at the time of reservation (immediately).
1.2. Cancellation, Rules & Fees
Cancellation fees are:

Return Ticket cannot be cancelled after the outbound journey is checked in and the money cannot be refunded, but the Return Ticket can be transformed into an Open Date Ticket (at least 1 day before departure in the High Season and at least on the day of departure in Low Season). Open Date Ticket cannot be cancelled and refunded. The ticket is valid one year from the day of issue.
PLEASE NOTE: rules for NO SHOW, RETURN TICKET and OPEN DATE are valid throughout the whole year.

2. GROUPS
Low Season (L):
From 01.01.2011.- 27.03.2011. and
From 28.10.2011. - 31.12.2011.
Medium Season (M):
From March 28, to June 23, and
From August 29, to October 27
High Season (H):
From June 24, to August 28
Definition of group: minimum 20 passengers booking and paying the ticket together. Every 21st passenger is free and has accommodation as the rest of the group. Group leader (guide) has free bed on board (free meal also but only if the whole group ordered meal). If there is a bus, the driver has free bed and dinner on board (free breakfast also but only if the whole group ordered breakfast).
2.1. Seasons & Payment Conditions (Not valid for weekends of High Season)
Groups
Low Season (L):
- 10% of the total amount is to be paid 45 days prior to departure; the rest is to be paid at the day of departure.
Medium Season(M):
- 15% of the total amount is to be paid 60 days before departure and
- 100% is to be paid on the day of departure.
High Season (H) (except weekends of High Season):
- 15% of the total amount is to be paid 120 days before departure and
- 30% is to be paid 60 days before departure.
- 50% is to be paid 7 days before departure
- 100% is to be paid on the day of departure.
2.2. Cancellation, Rules & Fees.
Cancellation fees are:
Low Season:
45 days prior to departure 10% of ticket price.
Medium Season:
60 days before departure: 15% of ticket price.
High Season:
From 120 to 60 days before departure: 15% of ticket price.
From 59 to 8 days before departure: 30% of ticket price.
From 7 days up to 2 day before departure: 50% of ticket price.
There is a 24 hours «Grace Period» for all reservations, i.e. the operator is allowed to make changes and cancellations within 24 hours from the first reservation is made without any cancellation fees.
